Buildlog: daily site reports from photos and voice

One site, three people who need to know

The builder works on site, not at a desk, and writing a report after a long day is extra work. The client wants to know every day what has been done. The warehouse needs to know which materials came from stock and which were bought for the job.

How it works

• On site: photos and voice dictation. No typing, even with dirty hands.
• The AI writes it up: speech becomes text, and the AI drafts a description of the work done and the work left. Voice recordings are not kept, only the text.
• Reports: the same notes produce one report for the client and another for the warehouse.

Reports set up for your company

A field builder lets you design a report from scratch, and any layout can be saved as a template for the next job. The AI suggests the text for fields such as work done or work left, and you check it before it goes out.

Where it comes from

Epfop does renovation and finishing work in the UK through K2 Renovations. Buildlog is the reporting tool we wanted on those sites. It is a mobile app for Android and iOS and is still being built.
