Terms of use

The rules for using this website.

Using this website

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it. The website is operated by Epfop Ltd.

Information on this website

The information is general and given in good faith. We take reasonable care to keep it accurate and current, but we do not promise that it is complete or free of errors. The authoritative record of the company's details is the register at Companies House.

Our products and their own sites

Each product runs on its own domain, with its own terms and privacy notice. The product pages on this website describe what each product does; when you buy or use a product, its own terms apply. These terms cover this website only.

Custom software projects

The Custom software page describes the kind of work we take on. It is not an offer that can be accepted. A project starts only when both sides sign a written agreement, and that agreement, not this website, sets the scope, the price, who owns what and the other terms.

We link to other sites for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.

Intellectual property

The text, design and code of this website belong to Epfop Ltd or its licensors. You may read it, link to it and quote short extracts with attribution. Anything beyond that needs our written permission. Product names and brands belong to their owners.

Acceptable use

When you use this website, you agree not to:

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems, or to disrupt them;
  • use automated tools to submit the contact form or to overload the website;
  • send unsolicited commercial messages through the contact form.

We may block access that breaks these rules.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, as far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website or from relying on its content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. This does not take away any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the current one.
