# Custom AI software

> We build AI software and websites for businesses in the trades we work in ourselves: construction, e-commerce and photography. We take on a few projects at a time.

## What we build

Software that takes a real task off someone's desk. Typical projects:

- AI tools that turn photos, voice notes or documents into finished work: reports, listings, descriptions, metadata.
- Internal tools that replace spreadsheets and copying between systems.
- AI agents that prepare work for a person to approve: drafts, proposals, checks.
- Company and product websites in English and Polish, built for search, for AI assistants and for accessibility. This site is one of them.
- Desktop programs for work that should stay on your own computer.

## Who we work with

Businesses in construction and renovation, online retail and marketplaces, and photography. We know these trades from running our own work in them, so we spend less time learning your job and more time on the software.

Other sectors are possible when the task is clear and well defined.

## How a project runs

- The task: you describe what takes time today and what a good result looks like.
- The proposal: we reply with a scope, a plan and what we need from you.
- The build: we work in small steps, and you see working software early.
- The hand-over: we agree before we start where the software runs and who controls the data.

## What you can expect

- A person decides. The AI prepares the work, and a person approves anything important before it runs.
- Security first. Each part of the system gets only the access it needs, and secrets never sit in code.
- Plain description. We say what the software does, and what it does not do.
- English and Polish. We work in both languages.

## Questions about custom software

### How much does a project cost?

There is no price list. The cost depends on the scope, and our proposal states it before any work starts.

### Does every project use AI?

No. We use AI where it does real work, such as reading photos, voice or documents. The rest is ordinary, well-tested software.

### Who owns the software and the data?

We agree it in writing before we start: where the software runs, who owns the code and who controls the data.

### Do you build websites without AI features?

Yes. We build company and product websites in English and Polish, built for search engines, AI assistants and accessibility. This website is one of them.

### Do you work with businesses outside construction, e-commerce and photography?
