# About

> Epfop Ltd is a UK company, incorporated in 2015. It builds AI software for the trades it works in itself: construction, e-commerce and photography.

## Who we are

Epfop Ltd is a private limited company registered in England and Wales. It has traded since 2015 under the name Epfop.

For much of that time the company worked directly with clients, in photography and in building finishing. That work showed us where the hours go: reports written at the end of a long day, listings typed one by one, keywords added photo by photo. Today we build software for exactly those jobs.

## What we do

The company works in four areas, and each one feeds the software.

- Software: our own AI products, and custom AI software and websites for businesses in our trades. See [Products](https://www.epfop.com/en/products) and [Custom software](https://www.epfop.com/en/custom-software).
- Building finishing: renovation, decorating and finishing work in the UK, through K2 Renovations. Buildlog comes from these sites.
- Online retail: a shop for natural sheepskin and wool goods, and a shop for photographs. Kwazar comes from selling online.
- Photography: candid-style photography and visual identity work, through the Studio. Epfop Keyword comes from stock photography.

Each product has its own domain and its own style. Epfop Ltd is the company behind all of them.

## Who runs it

Epfop is run by Tom Krok, its founder and director. Tom has worked in graphic design, photography and building finishing, and today builds the company's software.

## How we work

- Security first. We design every product to limit what can go wrong.
- A person decides. The AI prepares the work, and a person approves anything important before it runs.
- Plain description. We say what a product does today, not what we hope it will become.
- Own domains. Each product stands on its own address, with its own terms.
